6) What should I do if my parcel weighs more than 30 kg?

If your parcel exceeds the maximum weight limit, consider dividing it into two parts, assigning two separate recipients to each shipment.

7) What should I do if I am unable to deliver the parcel to your office myself?

Our team will deliver the parcel to your office completely free of charge if its weight exceeds 2 kg. After which the parcel will be processed remotely.
